She pulled the scabs of the cuts
ripped them clean
opened the wounds afresh
hell bent on continuing the pain
reliving the hurt
feeling her loneliness....
if she ever left them alone
her cuts would scar
if she were lucky
her cuts would scar
some pain.. some hurt
causes things worse than scars
scars are nothing but healed hurt
she wasn’t that lucky
she’d never scar
she knew that with all her broken heart!!!
